1. What NextPrep is
NextPrep operates a telehealth referral/intake platform. We provide a private intake and care-coordination experience that may help connect you with independent, licensed third-party providers, clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories. NextPrep facilitates intake and coordination — it does not provide medical care.
2. Not a medical provider
NextPrep is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, pharmacy, or laboratory, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on the platform is a substitute for professional medical advice. All clinical decisions are made solely by independent licensed providers. NextPrep is not for emergencies — call 911 if you are experiencing one.
3. No guarantee of approval or treatment
Submitting information through NextPrep does not guarantee eligibility, a consultation, a prescription, medication, laboratory testing, or approval for care. Whether any treatment is appropriate is determined solely by independent licensed providers based on their professional judgment and your individual circumstances. Outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Independent third-party providers
Any consultations, prescriptions, testing services, medications, or related healthcare services are provided by independent, licensed third-party providers and partners who are solely responsible for the services they deliver. NextPrep does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or clinical decisions of those independent providers.
5. The intake and onboarding fee
The fee charged through NextPrep is a one-time intake and onboarding fee that covers secure intake processing, platform coordination, and referral services. It is a single, one-time charge — it does not enroll you in any repeating or automatically renewing payment. It does not include — and is separate from — any fees for medical consultations, prescriptions, medications, laboratory services, shipping, or other services that independent providers or partners may bill separately. Pricing, availability, and options may vary.
6. Refund policy
Because the one-time intake and onboarding fee covers intake processing and coordination that begin promptly after payment, the fee is generally non-refundable once that processing has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe your charge was made in error, contact support@nextprep.health within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.
7. Accurate information & acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate and complete information so providers can properly review it, and to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, submit false information, or use it on behalf of another person without authorization. You must be of the age of majority in your state to use NextPrep.
8. Electronic communications & consent
By using the platform, you consent to receive communications from NextPrep and its partners by email, SMS, or phone regarding your intake, account, and related services. Standard message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Where you provide consent during intake, it is recorded with a timestamp and version.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextPrep and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any acts or omissions of independent third-party providers. NextPrep's total liability for any claim relating to the platform will not exceed the amount of the one-time intake and onboarding fee you paid. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextPrep and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
